Saturday April 10th, 1999

Saturday morning we were greeted to a beautiful sunrise that i'm sure would have made a great picture if we weren't sound asleep. Waking up late morning feeling refreshed and revitalized we headed down to the lake which was only 50 yards from camp, to take a dip and clean up. C.J. had just woken up and was still in a daze as Mike and Dave threw on thier trunks and beagn to climb down.

Not wanting to miss the chance to see Mike and Dave freeze to death in the 40 degree water, I grabbed the camera and ran after them. What followed was more than amusing as, Mike and Dave both experienced a level of pain, cold, and soap in their eyes as anyone I have ever seen!

C.J. contimplated taking a swan dive after seeing how much fun Mike and Dave had but stopped when he realized that he still wanted to have kids.

After the dip, we realized that we had to actually leave the campsite and head home. I comforted Dave as much as I could but his sobs had to work themselves out. Cometimes you just have to cry. We cleaned out the car again, and wedged ourselves back into the seats.

We just stopped to get some grub at a local Chinese restaurant. We filled up on good food, admired our sunburns, well, C.J. did at least. So now were off...

Robert and his beautiful wife...
Well, were kind of off. Michael forgot the original drawing of his tatoo and Dave wanted to see if, "Star Child" was still on the wall. Also we had to stop back in town and say hi to our new friends at the copy shop. Michael left his bag there the night before... you tend to forget these things when you've elivate your mind state. Things went smoothly at the Tatoo place, got the drawing and was off. "Star Child", had mysteriously disappeared from the wall... hummmm... When we got to the copy center however no one was in!!! So we tried to call Robert and Conrad, but they would not answer the phone. So after eating some delicious chinese food we stoped by Conrad's house to see if he could let us into the American Copy. BINGO! Robert was there and we drove him to the copy store where we were meet by Robert to claim Michael's bag. Robert and Conrad, you guys rock! You've been nothing but kind. Until next time Amigo's!

Ok, now were really off. We got a little hung up.
